Our Inspiration
Ghabga Nights is inspired by the Arab gulf tradition, a communal gathering held between Iftar and Suhoor during Ramadan. It’s a time for friends and family to come together, enjoy a diverse spread of delicious food, and embrace a lively, cultural atmosphere. As the visionary behind this event, Signature By L sought to recreate the warmth, flavors, and festive spirit of the cherished tradition from back home to new friends and family here. Packed with culture and tradition, Signature By L proudly partnered with Paradise Street Eats & Biryani to make this vision a reality, introducing Ghabga Nights for the first time in Michigan.
There was collaboration on every aspect, from ambience and experience to our exclusive menu available only during Ghabga Nights. You're invited on a distinct culinary journey along the global spice route—from the pyramids of Egypt, through the Arab-meets-Persian world, to the southern shores of India, with rotating authentic signature specials served daily. While this year’s event is an intimate indoor gathering with limited seating, for the first time in Dearborn, Ghabga Nights offers a rich culinary experience like no other.
